The course provides the basis for understanding and delivering solutions for business process automation. Participants can expect to be familiar with a collection of widely used process patterns to model automation requirements. The state-of-the-art process automation environment, YAWL, will be used to deepen understanding of principles and techniques.
A real case study will ensure participants engage and execute the process model in BPMN and YAWL.
