This course will provide you with a solid understanding of why business models are needed and what business models are. It will also cover how to develop a business model in a systematic way via business model frameworks and archetypes, such as the Business Model Canvas. This will be enhanced with real and inspiring cases and examples.
You will get hands-on experience via practical exercises and be introduced to supporting methods, tools and templates.
