Some units in health law will be taught by Professor Ben White, Dr Fiona McDonald, and Professor Lindy Willmott, who jointly wrote Australia's first book on national health law, Health Law in Australia published in 2010. You will have access to three of Australia's leading experts on health law and be inspired by their dedication and passion.
Senior medical staff, health administrators and managers will gain specialised knowledge in this course to excel their career and navigate heath law issues confidently. Choose from units including death decisions, consent and clinical negligence, international health policy, health care economics and leadership in health management. The two compulsory units will give you an overview of Australia's common law system and health care law and ethics.
