Eligibility details

You must:

  • have completed the first year (96 credit points) of your Bachelor of Business
  • have a GPA of at least 4.5
  • be from migrant or refugee background
  • be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • preferably speak a language other than English
  • have financial difficulties and/or significant expenses.
Double degree students may also apply.


What you receive

You'll receive:

  • $14,000, paid over 24 months.

You can use it to pay for:

  • educational expenses.

  3. Attach supporting documentation (academic results, references) to your application.
  4. Submit your application to the QUT Business School Scholarship, Prizes and Awards Officer, with the subject 'Lord Mayor's Multicultural Roundtable & QUT Business School Scholarship'.

Conditions

To keep your scholarship, you must:

  • remain enrolled full-time
  • maintain an acceptable academic performance.

You can't:

  • hold another academic scholarship at the same time.
