Eligibility details

You must have:

  • a first class honours degree (or equivalent)
  • a background in a health related field (eg. medicine, public health, epidemiology) or science (biochemistry, statistics, biostatistics)
  • basic computer skills.

What you receive

  • $33,728 per annum for living expenses, tax exempt for up to 3 years (the equivalent of the full-time APA stipend rate currently $23,728 per annum in 2012, plus a CRESH top-up of $10,000 per annum).
  • an additional $5,000 is available for research related costs
  • mentoring from Australia-wide centre investigators.
