  • You can complete the four units either full-time (one semester) or part-time (one year). Some of the electives units are offered in external or block mode so you can fit study around your lifestyle.

With a great choice of units, this major is ideal for people working in private business or government. You can choose from study areas such as commercial and property law, intellectual property, taxation law, estate planning, privacy law, cyber law and policy, employment law and international transactions law. Australia's common law system and contract law form the two core units. The course allows you to tailor your degree to your career so you can gain the confidence to navigate legal issues within your work place.

You can choose from study areas such as banking and finance law, intellectual property, consumer protection, estate planning, corporate insolvency, public, cyber, employment, privacy or insurance laws.   Australia's common law system and contract law form the two core units.

An undergraduate degree (other than law) from a recognised tertiary institution with a minimum GPA of 4.0

Course fees
