Career options
This double degree will prepare you to work in areas that respond to the increasing community emphasis on crime, justice, human wellbeing, and related practice. You will be able to work in areas such as corrections, community development, policy development, child and family services, disability, Indigenous community work, customs services, court administrative services, non-policy enforcement agencies and criminology research.
Professional recognition
Graduates are eligible for membership of the Australian Institute of Welfare and Community Workers.

Assumed knowledge
Before you start this course we assume you have sound knowledge in these areas:
- English
We assume that you have knowledge equivalent to four semesters at high school level (Years 11 and 12) with sound achievement (4, SA).

If you receive an OP 1-5 or equivalent, you're guaranteed an offer for this course in the major offer round.
Course fees
