Members of the QUT community can derive the maximum benefit from our technology resources through calling on the range of personal assistance provided to the University's staff and students.

The staff of the IT Helpdesk help students and staff to use the University's computing, information, online teaching, and communication services. Postgraduate research students can also access help with information and computing equipment through the IT Helpdesk.

QUT staff can submit requests for services online, such as Assistance Request Form, Telephone Work Requisition Form, and the Data Work Requisition Form.

Online Learning and Teaching support for staff from Teaching and Learning Support services helps staff use the university's online teaching system.

QUT Network provides the university with an extensive broadband network infrastructure, as well as a range of other services.

Maintenance Services provides information about buildings and grounds maintenance services.
