CIB World Building Congress 2013: Construction and Society
The triennial CIB World Building Congress showcases the best building and construction research in the World, and in 2013 will coincide with the organisation's 60th anniversary celebrations.
Built Environment Research Focused on Social Outcomes
CIB World Building Congress 2013 showcases some of the world's best research and development in the built environment and construction sectors by a global research network of more than 5000 members focused on innovation. The Congress will represent more than 50 CIB Working Commissions and Task Groups, ranging from engineering and architecture to safety, marketing and law.

The Sustainable Built Environment National Research Centre (SBEnrc) is a leading Australian research broker between industry, government and research organisations for the built environment industry.
Its goal is to build an enduring value-adding national research and development centre in sustainable infrastructure and building with significant support from government and industry members around Australia and internationally.
The three SBEnrc research streams focus on environmental, social and economic sustainability as identified drivers for national industry productivity and development in the built environment industry over the next ten years.
