About the school
The Civil Engineering and Built Environment School focuses on innovative responses to existing and emerging community, commercial and industrial challenges. We do this through:

Our research
We invest heavily in our research activities by funding research student scholarships, international conference attendance and study opportunities for staff, support for publications, and the search for external funding.
