QUT Women's Re-entry Scholarship

QUT supports women who have experienced a significant interruption to their academic career to update their research credentials through doctoral study.

How much will I receive?

• $22,500, tax exempt
• Payable for up to three years
• An additional allowance is available for relocation and thesis preparation

Am I eligible?

• New, female, domestic students
• Doctor of Philosophy
• Minimum of honours 2A or equivalent
• Can demonstrate a significant interruption to your academic career (eg. Raising a family)

When can I apply?

• You need to apply during QUT's major scholarship round in September to be considered for this scholarship. If successful, QUT would expect you to commence your research degree early in the following year.
• You must submit a personal statement outlining your eligibility for this scholarship
