Gowrie Scholarship

The Gowrie Scholarship Trust Fund provides support for lineal descendents of World War II veterans to conduct research either within Australia or overseas.

How much will I receive?

• $4,000 per annum
• tenable for two years.

Am I eligible?

• Members of the Australian Defence Forces and lineal descendants of members of the Australian Defence Forces who saw active service in World War II are eligible.
• Graduates of Australian universities or tertiary education at a recognised institution in Australia.

When can I apply?

Applications close 31st October annually for students intending to commence research early in the following year.
