Overview
Project status: In progress
This project will evaluate current surveillance systems for EPPs using Bayesian statistical methods. It will also identify other sources of data that could be used to complement existing surveillance programs. The project will evaluate specific surveillance methods and tests such as visual inspection by field and quality assurance staff, and diagnostic tests used in the identification of plant pathogens.
