Overview
Project status: In progress
This project is assessing the statistical and modelling tools available to evaluate surveillance systems. It will develop an evaluation methodology for surveillance systems. The methodology will measure the effectiveness of early warning, area freedom and response surveillance. It is also determining the sensitivity of surveillance systems to detection sensitivity, risk area analysis and uncertain epidemiological characteristics of spread and reproduction.
