This program looks at building service industries in a socially responsible and sustainable manner in light of the globalisation of markets and contemporary challenges.
Current projects include research in market development, internationalisation, sustainable business practices, impacts of climate change, eco-tourism, green marketing, political marketing, enhanced logistics, development of social capital and community engagement.
