Overview
We aim to identify and investigate the processes by which human resource management practices impact on individual, group and organisational performance. Moreover, we will identify and explore the impact of intervening variables in the HRM practices-performance relationship.
Our team brings together expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, datasets from various domestic and international sectors and contexts, and academics from Europe and New Zealand. The activities of the group include research methods seminars open to the QUT Business School and two HRM industry seminars attended by local and international specialists in the field.
