Overview
In the last half century, IS have significantly transformed human behaviour within organisations. This transformation has affected governance, communication between stakeholders, business processes and knowledge bases, giving rise to new perspectives in the interplay between organisations and IS. Employing a socio-technical perspective, this group examines these changing relationships.
Studies focus on knowledge and information management; information security management; software maintenance; appropriation of technology; cultural, community and gender studies in information systems; systems procurement; and systems alignment and governance.
