This research project investigates innovation management program initiatives and the strategies and practices which lead to increased innovation activities and successful business performance.
The research question we are investigating is how different approaches to innovation (from design and participation to benchmarking) influence innovation activities and business performance. Specifically the project examines the business processes and outcomes from the application of programs designed to improve the innovation activities performance to firms, through detailed case studies of past and current new initiatives.
