Web and Mobile platforms have different requirements to satisfy the user's experience for high-quality video delivery. This project aims to study the users, based on their perception characteristics, and recommend a framework to adapt high-quality video contents for multiple screen sizes based on the current contents. There will be a focus on exploring the current constraints in various devices, including the video decoding capabilities. This project will leverage multiple devices such as iPhone, iPad, Google Android phones and Windows Phone.
