Information and communication technologies are dispersing and disappearing, but education is not keeping up with children's day-to-day experience. Ubiquitous computing has been shown to play an important educational role but previous work has not considered how it can be used more generally in schools. The objective of this project is to validate a framework for sustainably applying ubiquitous computing in upper primary school by building a practical, useful and usable technology toolkit for teachers and children.
