The possible topics include:

  • a soil-geomorphological survey of the SERF property to develop a landscape history of the area and ecological site definition
  • high resolution soil attribute mapping for erosion hazard and risk assessment of the SERF property by GIS
  • sediment provenance identification of gulley-eroded catchments using lidar and radiometrics
  • climate effects on soil-geomorphological processes in the Maroochy River catchment
  • origins of the Red Bole material in the Darling Downs volcanic province: volcanic material or palaeosol?
  • character and processes of mass-wasting deposits on the eastern margin of the Maleny Plateau as a hazard
  • geology and geomorphology of erosion surfaces in the vicinity of the Glasshouse Mountains
  • soil landscape mapping and modelling in Benarkin State forest for site-specific management
  • a geomorphic hazard map of the Brisbane region by digital elevation model.
