Topic status: We're looking for students to study this topic.

This study will explore how organisations responded to, investigated and managed sexual harassment complaints that were eventually taken outside the organisation to an anti-discrimination jurisdiction.

The study will use frameworks related to procedural and distributive justice in organisational settings. It will involve the analysis of existing data sets to contribute to the development of effective organisational grievance procedures and the appropriate redress of sexual harassment and other unjust workplace conduct.
