Overview
Topic status: In progress
Overview
Our lab is interested in the role the EphB4 receptor tyrosine kinase plays in prostate cancer. This project is to validate gene expression changes that are associated with ligand-dependent and ligand-independent EphB4 signaling.
Research activities
Prostate cancer cell culture, protein extraction, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, silver staining, Western analysis, gene expression analysis.
Expected outcomes
Contribution to research activities that will help to define the role of EphB4 in prostate cancer.
