How do you remember brands involved in crises like product recalls or workplace accidents?

This vacation research project will investigate consumer memory for brands involved in crisis.

An experimental design will be employed. The study will serve as an applied test of theoretical ideas from the memory literature, and will also contribute to our understanding of the impact of crisis in the marketplace.
