Topic status: We're looking for students to study this topic.
This project aims to use nanofibres of titana and alumina to construct the separation layer of the filters, which can effectively separate biological molecules such as DNAs and proteins. There increasing demand for efficient separation of these molecules from production of pharmaceuticals and vaccines. The influencing factors on the performance of these new filters will be investigated comprehensively.
