Our research will look at applying the knowledge gained from process automation and post-execution analysis for business process management. The research project will exploit state-of-the-art techniques in process automation, mining, and simulation to provide timely and objective business process intelligence (e.g., of various Key Performance Indicators) for process improvement activities.
