Topic status: We're looking for students to study this topic.
Projects are available in the measurement of radiation doses in 3D (or time resolved in 4D) using gel dosimeters, mainly in radiotherapy and medical applications. The project will involve the use of an optical CT scanner and linear accelerators at local hospitals. A number of projects are available which can be tailored to the students interests (i.e. experimental, imaging, clinical, computer simulations, or optics).
