Environment and natural resource law

Members of our environmental and natural resources law research program conduct research into significant issues which involve the legal arrangements, both international and national, that address many of the world’s contemporary challenges.

Health law

This research area explores the operation, justifiability and soundness of Australian laws within health-related contexts which involve concerns to promote individual flourishing, social justice, and national benefit.

Intellectual property and innovation law

This research area considers the role and scope of intellectual property law and policy in promoting innovation in a world increasingly driven by access to knowledge through state of the art technologies.
