Encourage student entrepreneurship

We are always looking for entrepreneurial individuals, businesses, and industry partners who want to help shape the business leaders of tomorrow.

We make these connections through our QUT Innovation Space (QIS). The QIS gives students the opportunity to learn how to progress initial concept ideas through to real-world products under the guidance of industry and academic mentors.

Mentorship

Help guide student teams through the business development process. From as little as one hour per week, you can actively shape the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Guest lectures

Become involved in the teaching and learning experience by becoming a guest lecturer. You can participate on a continuing basis or give a one-off lecture, presentation or workshop. Your experience and knowledge are valuable learning tools.

Sponsorship and support

Support the QIS by sponsoring events, learning modules, competitions or student teams' project costs.

Project contribution

If you have a project that would benefit from input by some of our brightest student minds, QIS can help advance your ideas and intellectual capital. We will help you by exploring the potential of concept ideas as new enterprise ventures.
