If you are having problems playing the videos on the QUT website, check you have the most recent version of the Windows Media codecs installed.
The video is freezing a couple of seconds into the presentation.
There is an issue with some NVidia graphics cards using older drivers. If you experience this problem, upgrade your video card driver and it should resolve the problem.
I get prompted to authenticate when I try to view a presentation
The Windows Media Player needs to update your media codecs. If you don't have the most recent codecs then you might have problems playing the video.
Nothing happens when I click video links in Internet Explorer on my Mac
If nothing happens when you click a video link, start the Windows Media Player program. When you go back to your browser, the links should work. You should only need to do this once after you install a new version of Windows Media Player.
