Our students have access to working spaces that include high-tech lecture facilities, production workshops, design and computing studios, post-production facilities and newsrooms.
Studying at the Creative Industries Precinct means you will have access to advanced digital facilities that will develop your creative skills including:
- technology-equipped exhibition spaces used by visual arts, animation, interactive and visual design and fashion students to showcase their work to industry
- fully equipped and staffed performance spaces for acting, technical production, drama and dance students
- industry-standard editing, recording, post-production and studio equipment used by film, TV and new media production and music students
- television studio and digital audio and video equipment used by journalism students to prepare news bulletins for QUT News and radio 4EB
- design and computing studios home to the latest Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, including Gerber pattern cutting and plotting equipment for fashion students
- professional music recording studio at the doorstep of Brisbane's entertainment precinct.
