Caboolture Library

The Library is located in L Block. The Library service available at Caboolture is combined with Brisbane North Institute of TAFE. Study and the research that supports your learning takes time and the Library staff understand the challenges experienced by students. Caboolture Library

Parking

There are designated disabled, loading and visitor parking areas on campus. Students and staff may use any other marked parking areas free of charge.

Student Centre

The Student Centre is located on the ground floor of J Block. Staff will be able to answer most enquiries or be able to refer you to the appropriate person.

Campus coffee shop

Isabella's coffee ship is located on the ground floor of B Block and offers a wide variety of hot meals and light snacks. Opening hours are: Mon - Thur 8:00am - 3:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 1:30pm*

*Hours are reduced during non-semester periods.

Bookshop

The QLD Textbook Warehouse (QTW) operates a bookshop and general stationery supply service located on the ground floor B Block. They stock the complete range of QUT mandatory and recommended textbooks.

Student lounge

The air-conditioned student lounge is open to students for recreation.There is a pool table and television plus vending machines and seating space. The student lounge is also stocked with magazines and community information.

Gym

The campus gym is located in D Block and is fully air-conditioned with an impact resistance surface. It is equipped with Life Stream equipment which includes cable weight machines, free weights, a rowing machine, exercise bikes, and exercise balls. Gym opening times vary during the year.

Sports court

The sports court is a multipurpose court which can be used for basketball, tennis, and soccer. There are three exercise stations surrounding the sports court which include a rowing machine, sit up bench, and chin up bars. Students can also have a game of table tennis on the fixed ping pong table located near the sports court, and enjoy entertainment from bands when performing live from the sound proof pavilion. Bookings to use the sports court and equipment are made through the library on level 2 B Block.

Childcare

Independent childcare services are available at the Caboolture TAFE Community Childcare Centre located at 54 Bradman Street (on the corner of Bradman and Tallon Streets) in Caboolture. For further information call (07) 5498 3542.
