We offer short and long-term opportunities for you to study overseas and and at the same time gain credit toward your QUT Business degree.
Studying in another country is a great challenge. You'll develop cross-cultural communication skills and can form partnerships with international peers and employers.

Student exchange program
Our student exchange program gives you the opportunity to study at a prestigious international university and enhance your career prospects. Be immersed in a different culture, education system and way of life, all while gaining credit towards your undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
Choose where you want to go
You select to study at one of our international partner universities. You can study up to four units per semester for one or two semesters. Units can be in a business or non-business discipline areas.
At most institutions the language of instruction is English, but you can undertake language studies while on exchange.

QUT has partnerships with more than 100 universities around the world. Of these over 56 universities are QUT Business School preferred partners. These partners have been selected based on their excellence and reputations in business studies.

How to apply
Applications for student exchange are administered by the QUT Study Abroad and Exchange Office. Procedures on how to apply.
Short term study programs
If you can't spend a semester on exchange, you may like to consider an intensive short term study program.
Undertaken during our semester breaks most programs are 2-6 weeks and include study, cultural and sightseeing activities.
We provide support and scholarships to students who participate in these programs and the number of destinations and places offered each year are expanding.

Places are limited and you are required to submit an expression of interest by the due date. Refer to individual program details for further information on the application process.
