Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO)

DMO appointed QUT as their strategic partner in complex project management and strategic procurement education.

A number of interrelated activities have created a network of change agents in the Commonwealth and the defence industry supply chain that are working across their complex environment to significantly improve the delivery of defence capabilities.

We worked with DMO to design these programs to increase the return on investment from large and complex defence acquisitions:
