Brisbane Executive Club: Winning in the market: Attracting new clients and business

16 April 2013

A key to winning in the market is the ability to attract and retain new clients and business. Join fellow QUT Alumni Matt Baxter and Grant Devine who will share their thoughts on how to attract and retain clients for your business, discuss what's changed and how clients' needs are evolving and share practical examples of what has and hasn't worked.

Whilst the Australian economy continues to perform well by global standards, the challenge of attracting new clients and business has never been more relevant for business. In a time where client expectations are evolving and technology is becoming more integrated we seek to understand what the key is to winning in the market.

The Brisbane Executive Club (BEC) are proud to offer you this presentation and discussion, designed to share observations, tips and insights from two business leaders who understand the opportunities and challenges in securing new clients and business.

Our speakers will seek to discuss how the needs of clients in general have changed in years gone by, what are the latest trends and tips for securing new clients and express their view of what changes we can expect in the future for how we attract and retain clients. Our speakers will also share real examples of challenges and solutions from their extensive experience.

Join Matt Baxby and Grant Devine on 16 April to hear their views and tips on how to attract and retain new clients and business in a challenging and evolving market.
