Religion and charity have a long history.
Recently the Australian Senate Economics Committee held an inquiry into religion and public benefit for taxation concessions.
Professor Kerry O'Halloran, an international expert in charity law examines charity law reform around the world in relation to the religious head of charity law. Dr Matthew Turnour also provides comment on Kerry's presentation.
