Supervisor guidelines

Information for Managers and Supervisors sets out the University's expectations of its supervisory staff and provides assistance for managers and supervisors to perform various duties, including:

• writing duty statements
• advertising positions
• appointing staff
• recruitment and selection
• induction and orientation for new staff
• evaluating study assistance requests.

Managers and Supervisors can find out about appointing staff, job evaluation, higher duties allowances, hours or work and leave entitlements.
