- The ITAS program provides tutorial assistance to eligible students.

- IT training is available for students and staff to develop their IT skills and knowledge.
- Language and learning assistance
- International students needing help with an assignment, or having any other problems with study, may make an appointment with a Language and Learning Adviser.

- The Learning and Research Desks assist users in finding relevant information and help them improve their study skills answers general library queries.
