Verification of qualifications
Our online service assists current and some previous QUT students in verifying academic qualifications, issued by QUT or a predecessor institution.
If you are unable to verify an academic qualification, you should complete and submit the Verification of Qualification (VQ) form.
We'll provide a verification letter which includes the course title, major (if applicable), attendance mode, attendance type, commencement date, language of instruction, and completion and conferral dates (if applicable).
Please allow five working days for your request to be processed.

Cost
The online service is offered free of charge.
A charge of $30 applies for each course of study verified via the VQ form.
A minimum charge of $10 applies per academic record request.

How long will it take
Online query of the graduate database is immediate.
There is a maximum 5 day turn around once the VQ form is submitted.
