Facilities hire
Facilities on all QUT campuses are available for hire to individuals and external organisations on a charge-for-use basis when not required for the University's academic programs.
Our campuses have a number of different types of facilities available for hire including flat classrooms or seminar rooms, tiered lecture theatres, conference/function rooms and boardrooms or meeting rooms.
Audiovisual support staff can provide advice on the operation of equipment and will attend facilities to ensure proper operational use of equipment if requested. The University strongly recommends that clients who are unfamiliar with the operation of lecture theatre equipment hire the services of a technician for the minimum two hours attendance period.
