Document delivery
QUT students and staff can request delivery of items which are not held by QUT Library. Our document delivery service will attempt to locate and supply items from another library or commercial document supplier. All requests must be related to your teaching, research, study or employment at QUT.

Times will vary and are dependent on the type of material being requested, accuracy of the request details you have provided, availability of material, supplier workflows and the time spent in transit.
Standard request: 5-20 days
