Student systems

Callista, QUT's online student information system, is the central database of student information at QUT. Callista contains student data relevant to enrolling, charging, examining and graduating students. A new Student and Academic Management System (SAMS) to replace Callista is to be implemented in 2009.

TRIM (Total Record and Information Management) is QUT's corporate electronic document and records management system. TRIM has the capability to store an image of hardcopy forms, emails, pdf and work documents.

Curwen Results collects and collates student assessments or marks. Staff at QUT use this system to send students' marks to the University student record systems. The Curwen Results system generates listings of student final results for return to the examinations system.

Students and most staff interact with these systems via QUT Virtual.
