QUT Alumni is a forum of graduates of QUT and its predecessor institutions, former staff, as well as past and present QUT Council members.

The Community Service Database records all community service activities involving QUT staff and students. In addition to recording community service activities, staff can search for and view activities, update and delete their activities and view community service reports. Data held in the Community Service Database is used to calculate Community Service Performance Indicators for faculties and divisions. The data is also used to report annually to the Vice-Chancellor's Advisory Committee.
