Student Rules, Policies & Procedures explains the University's policies and expectations of students in the areas of:

Student Ombudsman

The QUT Student Ombudsman offers a free, confidential and independent service to investigate grievances involving coursework students, as complainants or respondents, usually relating to academic or administrative decisions.
