PROFESSOR BEN WHITE: At the Faculty of Law at QUT, there is a suite of health law research and postgraduate degrees. You might be interested in the Graduate Certificate in Applied Law - Health, right through to the PhD. We also have a Masters of Law, in Health Law.

QUT is a national leader is health law research. QUT's Health Law Research Centre brings together the largest concentration of health law scholars in the country. We do groundbreaking research that makes a difference. We aim to improve the outcomes for patients, families, health professionals and indeed the health system as whole.
We look at end of life decision making, we look at the law that governs birth and conception, consent to medical treatment, clinical negligence, regulation of health professionals, and health governance.
