Master of Urban Development is a specialised urban and regional planning postgraduate degree. We have a very strong teaching staff coming from different parts of the world. We have colleagues, professors and lecturers from North America, Europe, Middle East, and South East Asia, as well as Australia.
And their knowledge and experience in different disciplinary areas provides students with an invaluable learning environment to share the knowledge of the lecturers, and we push them to become curious about finding more about the discipline and learn more and become successful urban and regional planners.
We select case studies from internationally significant metropolitan areas all across the world. In these studies, our postgraduate students with their teaching team travels to these destinations, work with their local university students and staff, on the subject matter which is generally the strategic planning of that metropolis.
Four years ago we started this first with Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, then the following year, Deajeon and Seoul, Korea; Istanbul and Gallipoli in Turkey, and this year, Taipei, Taiwan. Many students mention how satisfied they were with this study – international trips – that would significantly contribute to their professional growth.
I highly recommend our course, Master of Urban Development, specialised in urban and regional planning, for all of you. And particularly for those students who are seeking a career change and for those who are looking for employment opportunities – that would be a great course for you to study.
