Approaches to Teaching and Learning
You will be guided in this individual research project by an experienced supervisor. Regular meetings will assure that you progress in the expected manner. There will be regular meetings with your supervisor, where you'll report on what you have completed since your last meeting. This will be an opportunity to discuss any problems you may have encountered. Your supervisor should give feedback on your progress. Feedback and further actions and recommendations will be provided to you during these regular meetings.
PLEASE NOTE
It is your responsibility to ensure that a staff member is willing to be your supervisor before enrolling in this unit. You must complete an initial project proposal and plan in the first three weeks of semester. This document is to be submitted to the unit coordinator.
Enrolment Advice
Students are not allowed to enrol in the same unit code twice in one degree. There are multiple project units with the same credit point value to allow students to do a second or even third project as part of their degree. Some units allow student to run a project over two semesters. These will be coded with a -1 and -2 tag. If you wish to do a project over two semesters, you should enrol in one for each semester. You will only be granted a grade for the second unit.
