Information about fees and unit costs
The scope for equitable relief based on breach of equitable obligations now includes not only relationships and situations which traditionally give rise to equitable obligations but also many other relationships and situations outside of those well established relationships and situations. The activities of third parties who become involved or participate with those subject to equitable obligations are also subject to scrutiny within a framework of principles which has been developed for that purpose. This unit complements other units which focus on other contemporary perspectives and developments in related areas of private law obligations including restitution, tort, corporate responsibility and trade practices.
